Privacy Statement

Our privacy statement is very simple - any information you provide to us is kept private.

If you want a deeper explanation, read on.

We do not sell, rent, or give away information from our mailing list. The information we collect is only used to help us better know our customers and to better serve them.

Here's why we want the information we collect and what we do with it:

Your physical address:

If you are ordering items, it's pretty obvious that we need your address. If you provide only a PO Box address, please be aware that we will be unable to ship by UPS. We will not give your address to anyone else and we will only use it to send you your order, to provide information about your order, or perhaps to send you a new catalog.

Your phone number

Having your phone number enables us to contact you quickly if there is a question about your order. We do not engage in telemarketing and we do not give your phone number to anyone else. The last outgoing message on our home answering machine said "If you are calling for Billy, Nancy, Glen, or Lane, please leave a message at the tone. If this is a sales call, please leave a number where we can call you back in the middle of your next meal or at 3 am tomorrow morning. Thank you." Need we say more about our attitude toward telemarketing?

Your e-mail address

If you provide us with your e-mail address, we promise not to immediately start sending you UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail, commonly referred to as spam). Nor will we sell, rent or give away your e-mail address to someone who will start sending you tons of junk mail. We only ask for your e-mail address because if we need to contact you about an order, it is faster than postal mail and cheaper than a phone call. We may also use your e-mail address when we ship an order to so that you automatically get a notification of the date the order was shipped, the expected delivery date, and tracking information that enables you to see where your package is at any time.

Additional comments

We are not a big company with lots of employees. If you send us a fax or leave a message on our voice mail, you don't have to worry that just anybody may walk by and read or listen to your credit card number or other information. Only our family has access to the faxes or voice mail messages that come in. We know that it's nice to be able to talk to a real human, but we find that if we answer the phones in person, we always spend too much time gabbing about the joys of homeschooling. We enjoy it, but we end up not getting much else done! The voice mail system also frees us from having to sit by the phones all day long waiting for calls. By using it, we can actually spend some time with our kids and engage in a few activities outside of the house.

Well, I hope this answers all of your questions. If not, feel free to e-mail me at - just remember, if you send us an e-mail message, you'll be revealing your e-mail address to us. If you have concerns about our privacy statement, are you sure you want to do that? What if we sell your address to an evil e-mail marketer and you start getting tons of spam? What if we use it to send you a virus that will erase your hard drive? What if we use it to track down your name and identity and gain access to you bank account to transfer all your money to our account? Believe me, we've found the easiest way to transfer money from your account to ours is just to provide you with great products at great prices so you will be happy to give us some of your hard earned cash!

Thanks,

Billy and Nancy Greer
